Due to the relatively limited cargo space of the Bronco,exten- sive testing was conducted across four design iterations and multiple structural configurations to maximize space utilization and address real-world off-road and outdoor usage require- ments. The result is a highly integrated and optimized trunk storage solution. This system combines full-aluminum CNC sheet metal fabrication with CNC precision machining, while 304 stainless steel is used at critical load-bearing points to enhance overall structural strength. Its modular multi-combina- tion design allows the cargo area layout and storage capacity to be adapted to different usage scenarios. The heavy-duty lower storage drawer supports a load capacity of up to 200 kg and can function as a seating platform when extended to three-quarters of its length,making it ideal for activities such as fishing. An ultra-slim internal storage compartment is integrat- ed within the drawer to maximize space efficiency, without interfering with the factory underfloor storage box-signifi- cantly expanding usable cargo volume. The upper cargo rack adopts a multi-structure design with tiered storage capability and supports loads of up to 200 kg, creating a two-level trunk layout. The lower section can simultaneously accommodate three to four standard suitcases. The partition panels can be used for upper-tier separation or fixed at the lowest level. When combined with the rear seats folded down,this configu ration creates an almost completely flat sleeping platform, making it ideal for overnight vehicle camping. Side-mounted protective MOLLE expansion panels are provided on both sides, enabling attachment of storage bags while offering later al protection during off-road travel. This prevents cargo from damaging the vehicle‘s interior trim on rough terrain. In addi- tion to its protective function, integrated LED light strips improve nighttime visibility inside the trunk, facilitating easy access to equipment. This modular system represents one of the most versatile and configurable trunk storage solutions currently available for the Bronco platform
