This Warranty Policy explains the general warranty assessment process for eligible Traveler Mammoth products.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
Any warranty provided by Traveler Mammoth is in addition to rights and remedies that may be available under Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty coverage may depend on the product type, purchase date, installation method, product condition, intended use and any confirmed warranty terms supplied with the product.
To request a warranty assessment, customers should contact Traveler Mammoth with proof of purchase, product details, vehicle details, installation details, photos or video of the issue and a clear description of what happened.
Submitting a warranty request does not automatically approve the claim. Traveler Mammoth may need to inspect the product, review installation details or request further information before confirming any remedy.
Possible remedies may include repair, replacement, replacement parts, refund, store credit or another remedy required by law.
