Developed through reverse engineering based on original vehicledata,ensuring a fully non-destruc- tive installation. The drawer system is manufactured using aluminum alloy CNC bending processes com bined with a stainless-steel support structure, significantly enhancing overall load-bearing capaci- ty.Thedrawerfeaturesafullyweldedall-aluminum construction paired with heavy-duty sliding rails, providing a single-drawer load capacity of up to 200 kg. Adjustable internal dividers allow for flexi- ble and organized storage. The surface of the stor- age drawer is equipped with four heavy-duty quick-release rails, precision-machined from 6061 aluminumalloy via CNC, enabling secure mounting of various equipment and luggage on top.Both the drawer panel and the upper storage surface panel are madefrommulti-layer marine-grade plywood, CNC-machined and coated with AT-X protective coating, achieving lightweight construction while enhancing surface abrasion resistance. When installed, the system can form a flat sleeping area together with the front seats. Without the drawer the factory trunk accommodates only three suitcas es; with the drawer installed,it can hold four suit cases,greatly improving trunk space utilization.
