If you receive an incorrect item, damaged item or product that appears to have a fault, please contact us with your order details, proof of purchase and clear photos or video of the issue.

Where a product has a problem covered by consumer guarantees, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by law.
